Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Pro. It runs 14 days with a card on file and no charge until it ends, and it includes everything except three Pro-only features: removing NetworkOS branding from your introductions, the client portal for advisory clients, and Teams. Whatever is locked unlocks the day your paid subscription starts, and you can start it any day of the trial from Settings. Teams has no trial: a board buys seats for other people, so it bills from day one. Move a running Pro trial to Teams and the trial ends that day and the seats are charged.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your card is charged for the first month and the Pro-only features unlock. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Your data is preserved either way.
Can I start paying before the trial ends?
Yes. Settings, Billing has a Start your subscription now button. It ends the trial that day, bills the first month to your card, and unlocks the Pro-only features immediately. Your next invoice is one month later.
How does overage billing work?
Pro includes 5 companies and 10,000 contacts. Beyond that we add $20 per month per additional company or per additional 5,000 contacts to your next invoice. Overages are never billed during the trial. On Teams, each seat carries the same allowances and overages are not billed for now; when that changes we will say so here first.
How does Teams pricing work?
Teams starts at $297 per month for three seats ($99 per seat), on one invoice. The owner buys seats and invites colleagues; a colleague does not need their own Pro plan to join. Add or remove seats any time from Settings, Team. The minimum is three, and you cannot remove a seat someone is using. Team search and requests work for everyone on the firm from its first day. Teams has no free trial: it bills from day one, because the seats you buy cover other people.
I already pay for Pro. What happens if my firm invites me?
Accept the seat and your own Pro subscription is set to end at the close of its current billing period, with no refund or proration. Your seat covers you from then on. The accept screen shows the exact date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
How secure is my data?
networkos builds your relationship graph from contact, calendar and email header data: who you talk to and when, not what you wrote. It opens full message content only where a feature needs it, and only for mail tied to your work: replies to intros you send, threads with a company you advise so it can summarize the relationship, and meeting notes you route to it. Replies to your intros are stored so you can read them in the app; the rest is used to produce a summary and not kept. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold or brokered.
